ZKr Manual Screw Capper

Application:
This capper is designed for screwing caps on any kind and size of container. The caps can be conical or cylindrical. The containers and the caps can be made of any material.

The operations of putting a cap on the container neck and putting the container under the head are performed manually. The capper is actuated by pressing a pedal to lower the screwing head. During screwing the container is manually held in place.

DSpecial heads with pneumatic fixing and a modified pneumatic system or electronic control ensuring the proper screwing cycle are used for screwing caps other than conical or cylindrical.


In a standard version the capper's motor is equipped with a controller which ensures the proper execution of the screwing cycle. The cycle consists of the following sequence of operations:

1. screwing the cap at a proper speed,
2. tightening up the cap with a proper moment and stopping the motor,
3. restarting the motor once the head has been raised.

The head can be easily removed
from the cap since the motor stops once . the proper tightening moment is reached.
All the screwing cycle parameters are set independently on the control panel.
