ZKa-L Automatic Screw Capper

Application:
This capper is designed for screwing caps onto any kind of container.
It is manufactured in three types:
- Zkab - for screwing caps on round and oval bottles and jars,
-
Zkap - for screwing caps on PET bottles with a rimmed neck,
- Zkak - for screwing caps on cuboidal containers.
The capper consists of:
- A belt conveyor with an 80 mm wide plastic slat belt and a carrying construction made of acid-resistant steel; the belt conveyor flight is equipped with adjustable guiding rails which can accommodate up to 120 mm wide containers; the belt conveyor flight is 3 m long, but can be extended by the multiple of 1 m;
- A lowered electrically driven screwing head
, the motor's controller enables infinitely variable adjustment of speed and screwing moment; once the cap is screwed on by applying a proper moment, the motor is stopped by the controller for easy removal of the head from the cap; thanks to the standard head design, cylinder- or cone-shaped caps can be screwed; other kinds of caps require a made-to-order head;
- A devise
for stopping the row of containers and fixing (if necessary) the bottle being capped;
- An electronic and pneumatic control system;.
- An air preparation unit
(no compressor is included).
The capper can be equipped with an automatic cap feeder. Without the latter caps must be fed manually.

The price of the capper (see price list item ZKa) applies to all the types of standard cappers without a feeder.
