DC and DCp Semiautomatic Pressure Feeders
The DC and DCp pressure feeders are designed for the "to-a-level" feeding of such low and medium viscosity liquids as: water, juices, concentrated juices, oils and foamy liquids (shampoos, dishwashing liquids, etc.). The feeders are available in two varieties:
pressure (DC) - the liquid is fed by an impeller pump,
vacuum (DCp) - feeding is forced by a vacuum pump with GC 12-30 heads with
dispensers 12-30 mm in diameter;
two-head and four-head versions;
with two kinds of control system:
pedal control - only in the two-head version,
electronic control - ensures an automatic filling cycle in both versions
A single head's feeding output: 300-800 pcs/h, depending on the container capacity and the liquid density.
The DC Semiautomatic feeder was awarded the 1st prize at the PROPAK Warsaw 1993 packaging machine competition.
DV Volume Feeder
The DV volume feeder is designed for feeding any liquids of any viscosity, such as: water, juices, oils, honey, creams, varnishes, ketchup, industrial hand cleaning pastes, Cif-type pastes, etc., as well as liquids containing solids, into any type of container. A preset volume of liquid is fed into the container.
The feeder is available in five types:
DV - 50, - DV - 500
DV - 1000, - DV - 3000, - DV 5000
with one or two heads and automatic (ball, mushroom valve) dividers, slide dividers (cutting off viscous liquid pendants) or conical dividers (for pastes) and pedal controll.
(the numbers indicate the maximum liquid volume in millilitres),
single head's feeding output, depending on the kind of liquid and container size, is up to
800 pcs/h.
DP Semiautomatic Feeder
The DP semiautomatic feeder is designed for feeding liquids into any kind of container by means of a special peristaltic pump. The feeder is available in versions differing in the number of heads. The feeder can be manufactured so that the only element being in contact with the liquid is a plastic hose, which makes it particularly suitable for aggressive liquids.
V-30 Heated Tank
The V-30 heated tank is designed for melting liquids fed by volume feeders, or reducing their
viscosity. The tank holds 30 l of liquid. It is equipped with a water jacket, a forced-circulation
heating system and an adjustable thermostat. The tank is mounted on the feeder. Larger tanks can also
be manufactured.
DCG Semiautomatic Carbonated Water Feeder
The DCG semiautomatic carbonated water feeder is designed for feeding carbonated liquids into plastic containers, e.g. PET bottles. The machine may feed clear water or water with concentrate.
The feeder is made in two sizes:
DCG - 16
DCG - 20
q with eight heads and electronic control automatically executing the filling cycle when a bottle is placed in position. The feeder's output is 800-1200 pcs/h for 1500 ml bottles.

DPL Vacuum Feeder for Viscous Liquids
The DPL vacuum feeder is designed for feeding high viscosity liquids (e.g. nail varnish) or
low viscosity liquids (e.g. toilet water) into rigid containers. The feeder
has two heads and feeds the liquid "to a level".
Its output is as high as 2500 pcs/h for small bottles.
HG Comb Homogeniser
The HG comb homogeniser is designed for the production of cosmetics (creams, emulsions), food products (sauces, mayonnaises, ketchup) and common chemicals (paints, shoe polishes, household detergents, etc.). The device enables flow emulsification or homogenisation.
MK Series Mixer
The MK series mixer is designed for the production of cosmetics (creams, pastes, emulsions, gels), food products (sauces, mayonnaises) and common chemicals (paints, pastes, etc.). The mixer is capable of: producing negative pressure, heating, cooling, mixing, emulsifying and homogenizing. Water jacket temperature and charge temperature and pressure are automatically controlled. The tank features an inspection opening and a light. The lid is electrically raised.
In the MK 150/250 model(charge volume of 150-250 l). the tank is tilted for discharge.MK 300/700 model (charge volume of 300-700 l), the tank is not tiltable. Discharge is effected by means of a special pump.
ZKr, NBr Manual Screw Cappers and Plugging Machines
The NBr manual plugging machine is designed for stoppering bottles or other containers. Containers can be made of any material, but the stoppers must be made of plastic. The ZKr manual screw capper is designed for screwing caps on bottles, jars and other containers. The containers and the caps can be made of any material. The machines' output is up to 1500 pcs/h (depending on the container's size and shape and on whether the stopper or the cap fits the container neck exactly). The machines are available in a version with the mechanical fixing of containers.
DVa Automatic Volume Feeder
This fully automatic volume feeder is designed for feeding any kind of liquid into any type of container. The machine is fitted with one of the four types of heads (DV - 500 to DV - 5000),one to six heads depending on the required output - and any type of divider (see DV Volume Feeders). Feeding is done in a serial system: a series of containers is stopped on a conveyer, the containers are filled and replaced with empty ones. The automatic feeder can be fitted out with a peristaltic pump instead of the volume heads.
DVae Automatic Volume Feeder
This automatic volume with electrically driven heads and electrically raised dispensers is designed for feeding any kind of liquid of any viscosity, such as: water, juices, ketchup, mayonnaises, pastes, pâtés, stuffing, honey, creams, gels, varnishes, oils, radiator fluids, windscreen washer fluids and foamy liquids (shampoos, dishwashing liquids, liquid detergents, etc.). Any kind and size container which stands stably on a slat conveyor can be filled.
ZKa Automatic Linear Screw Capper
This fully automatic capper screws caps onto any type of container. It is installed on a conveyor and can be equipped with an automatic cap feeder. Its output reaches 2400 pcs/h.
ZKkr Automatic Carousel Screw Capper
This device is designed for screwing caps on bottle or jar necks. It is fully automatic, equipped with a conveyor and carousel discs. It can also be fitted with an automatic cap feeder. Two GV volume feeding heads may be installed before the sockets in which cap screwing takes place.
The device's maximum output is 3500 pcs/h.
Tanks
Various tanks made of acid-resistant steel, with or without a heating jacket, with hatches
inspection openings and lights, closing fittings, mixers, homogenisers, pumps, and so on.
Slat conveyors
The slat conveyors have plastic or acid-resistant steel slat belts. The belt width is made up of standard belts. The guides are two rods each 12 mm in diameter, mounted on plastic brackets. The conveyors are modular with 1 m long modules. There may be any number of middle modules (the number being only limited by the belt's strength). The joints have no protruding elements. Each module rests on one leg. The whole structure is manufactured of acid-resistant steel to a high standard of workmanship. Belt speed is regulated via a variable-speed transmission unit or an inverter.
Turntable
The turntable is used as a buffer table for bringing or collecting container onto/from a conveyor. The whole is made of acid-resistant steel. The structure is sturdy and can withstand heavy table top loading. The table top runs on gear shaft bearings and is additionally supported by rollers running on rolling bearings. The turntable can be manufactured in different sizes and with different constant or regulated rotational speeds.
