DVa Automatic Volume Feeder
This automatic volume feeder is designed for feeding any kind of liquid of any viscosity, such as: water, juices, ketchup, mayonnaises, pastes, pâtés, stuffing, honey, creams, gels, varnishes, oils, radiator fluids, windscreen washer fluids and so on. Any kind and size container which stands stably on a slat conveyor can be filled.
The feeder is manufactured in five sizes:

in four versions:
- two-head
- four-head
- six-head
- eight-head
with four kinds of dividers:
- a slide divider with suction for medium viscous liquids,
- a slide divider with a floating lower mushroom valve,
- a conical divider for very viscous liquids,
- a mushroom valve divider.
The feeder fills containers (measuring out the appropriate volume) by means of a piston pump. The dose size is continuously adjusted. The adjustment range, depending on the head, is:
- GV-500 - 15 - 500 ml,
- GV-1000 - 40 - 1000 ml,
- GV 3000 - 100 - 3000
ml,
- GV 5000 - 200 - 5000
ml.
The liquid is fed into containers via exchangeable dispensers which can be selected to suit the liquid and the container. If a slide divider is used, once the liquid has been fed, it is slightly sucked to prevent drops from forming at the tip's end. The head sucks in the liquid from the floor level, provided the liquid is not very viscous. Substances having the consistency of cosmetic cream are fed from a tank installed at the heads. The feeder is pneumatically and electrically driven and controlled via a programmable microprocessor controller.
