DV Semiautomatic Volume Feeder


Application:
This feeder is designed for feeding any kind of liquid of any viscosity (water, juices, oils, ketchup, mayonnaises, creams, gels, varnishes, etc.). Containers of any kind and size can be filled. The feeder is manufactured in:

five sizes:

• DV - 50
  
• DV - 500
  
• DV - 1000
  
• DV - 3000
• DV - 5000

The numbers indicate the maximum volume of liquid in millilitres.

two versions:

• one-head,
  
• two-head;

The feeder includes:

a GV volume piston head with a pneumatic servomotor and a divider powered by the pneumatic servomotor,

Once the liquid has been fed, it is slightly sucked to prevent drops from forming at the tip's end. The tips are replaceable. The size of the liquid dose fed is continuously adjusted. The head sucks the liquid from the floor level, provided the liquid is not very viscous. Substances having the consistency of cosmetic cream are fed from a tank installed at the head.

In special cases, automatic ball or mushroom valve dividers and membrane pneumatic control are introduced.

Foamy liquids are fed using lowerable dispensers in order to feed the liquid from below.

• a table and a fixing frame,
  
• a conical feeding liquid tank (at the customer's request for DV-50 and DV-500 feeders) with a capacity of 18 l, fixed to the column (see the picture) or an electrically heated tank with a capacity of 30 l, mounted on the feeder at the head;
  
• an electronic or pedal control system.
