DC and DCp Semiautomatic Pressure Feeders
Application:
These feeders are designed for feeding low and medium viscosity liquids (water, juices, concentrated juices, oils) and foamy liquids (shampoos, dishwashing liquids). Any kind and size of bottle can be filled.
The feeders are manufactured in:
1. two varieties:
- pressure variety DC (the liquid is fed by an impeller pump),
- vacuum variety DCp (feeding is forced by a vacuum pump) particularly suitable for feeding liquids whose vapours should not be emitted in rooms where the feeding takes place (hard packaging is required);
2. three types:
- DC 12/16 equipped with heads: GC-12, GC-14 or GC-16,
- DC 18/20 equipped with heads: GC-18 or GC-20,
- DC 25/30 equipped with heads: GC-25 or GC-30;
The digital symbol stands for the diameter [in millimetres] of the dispenser tip inserted into the bottle's neck (the neck diameter should be at least 0.5 mm wider than the tip diameter).
3. two versions:
- two-head,
- four-head;
4. with two kinds of control:
- pedal control - used only in the two-head version,
- electronic control - used in each version.
The feeder feeds bottles to a set level of liquid within an accuracy of one millimetre. The level
can be changed in a range of (measuring from the bottles neck's rim):
- 10-65 mm for GC-12,
- 10-85 mm for GC-14 and GC-16,
- 10-90 mm for GC-18 and GC-20.
Heads with an extended adjustment range are available on special request. Heads within one feeder type or between various types of feeders (in the latter case after consultation with the manufacturer) can be exchanged by the user. The feeder version from two-head to four-head or the control system can be changed only by the manufacturer.
